3. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not list or sell illegal, unsafe, or other prohibited items, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials.

5. Fees

Joining and setting up a shop on Maple Market is free. We charge a transaction fee when an item sells.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
